Show Agenda of Meetings Chronologically forward and backward

Hi, would like to be able to change the color of events on calendar based on my needs. Also be able to define if I'm busy or tentative, or free for some events. Kind regards.

Is there a calendar desktop app that i can download already and if not, please consider as it will be very helpful. Thanks

I need to have calendar appointment colour options (e.g. billed vs not yet billed), 5 mins appointment options in the calendar (rather than being stuck to 15 min increments), and an easy 'rebook next week' option. currently this calendar is not usable, so I will be changing calendars shortly unless this can be fixed.

In the calendar the names of the days of the week are correct, but FRIDAY is spelled wrong and SEX is spelled. Please correct for the correct abbreviation: SEX. Attached print.
